How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?
Shipping times vary depending on the brand. Orders typically ship out the same business day or within 1-2 days. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Please notify us promptly at orders@luxtradingpost.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it falls under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect the packaging for any damage. If damage is observed, even to the box, it should be noted upon delivery. If unable to inspect during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly send photos to (insert email) for replacement or compensation processing.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?

We'll process your order immediately, and once it ships, you'll receive another email confirming shipment along with a tracking number. In the event of an out-of-stock item, you'll be notified within one business day via email or phone.

Do you charge sales tax?
