In the event of any damage to your product(s), we advise thorough inspection of the packaging upon delivery. Should you notice any damage, including to the packaging itself, it's crucial to make a note of it when signing for delivery. If unable to inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, please indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, kindly send photos to orders@luxtradingpost.com. We'll promptly process a replacement or refund, usually within 1 business day.
