Luxtradingpost aims to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free, which is why we've simplified our return and refund process for your convenience.
Returns: You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. However, returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.
Shipping Cost for Returns: If an item is defective or not as expected, we cover the return shipping expenses. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
Defective or Broken Products: Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us within 30 days. We'll assist in arranging the return at no additional cost. Upon receipt and assessment of the issue, we'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping fee.
Returns Due to Change of Heart : If you opt to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. You'll need to cover the return shipping expenses. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we'll issue a refund for the item's cost, deducting the shipping fee.
Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we'll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that banks or cards may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you haven't received it within 10 business days, kindly contact us at sales@luxtradingpost.com.Â
