Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 days. Please be aware that orders must be placed before 6 p.m. to be processed on the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be handled on the subsequent business day.

Shipping duration averages between 4 to 7 days for orders, with complimentary shipping offered for purchases over $200. For orders below $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 is applied. Please note that our shipping services are limited to the United States; international shipping is not an option at this time.

The majority of our orders are dispatched via third-party freight carriers, typically using 18-wheeler trucks. If your order contains items requiring freight delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable curbside delivery time. Kindly ensure that your provided phone number during checkout is accurate.

Upon successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email verifying receipt of your order by our system. This email will also confirm the approval of your credit card for the purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped, except in cases where an item is back-ordered and we need to reserve it for you.
